The phrase “I swerve like flat wheels and impress like flat chests” is a phrase ripe with inuendo, highlighting an intense self-deprecation, insinuating critical internal faults and inadequacy both romantically and sexually. The characters at the base of the painting perhaps represent a scattered psyche or are maybe harbingers of madness
